Feeding your body in this way enables your own enzymes to do what they were designed to do, rejuvenate cells, which is why people on a raw vegan diet start to reverse the ageing process and shine.


Knowledge: Plato specified that a statement must meet three criteria in order to be considered knowledge: It must be justified, true and believed. Belief becomes self evident when the knowledge acquired begins to shine through your every pore. What more justification is needed than your true, shining self emerging.

All activity of the mind is reduced to the one.The word meditation, is derived from two Latin words : meditari(to think, to dwell upon, to exercise the mind) and mederi (to heal). Its Sanskrit derivation ‘medha’ means wisdom. Meditation is a tool for wisdom and healing yourself.
