Kate is being hosted in Bimini by Jenny Yemaya and her team at the Atlantis Rejuvenation Centre. They will do everything to make your experience a magical, life-changing retreat. Please email rawdolphins@live.com with your questions.

The Atlantis Rejuvenation Centre is sited on the magical island of Bimini in the Bahamas. Beautiful weather, crystal clear waters, and the mystical Atlantean energies make this a truly idyllic setting. Spend your days practicing yoga, enjoying gourmet raw food, being inspired by Kate’s Raw Magic classes, and taking daily boat trips out to swim with the dolphins.

Itinerary:

We recommend guests arrive in Ft Lauderdale the day before (2nd Nov) and spend a night at a hotel on the beach as we fly out on the charter flight early on the 3rd. Guests arrive mid-morning on Sunday 3rd, for lunch and the first dolphin trip of the retreat. On Friday 8th, we finish at lunch time so you can catch the charter flight back to Florida. If you would like to stay extra nights, please contact us to make arrangements.

From Monday to Thursday, the days will run as follows: Yoga 8.0 Breakfast 9.15 Raw Magic 10.30-1.30 Lunch 1.30-2.30 Dolphin Trip 3.0 Dinner 8.0

Your ticket price includes five nights new, shared, stylish accommodations at The Atlantis Rejuvenation Center (or separate luxury accommodations by arrangement at Bimini Bay Resort & Spa, prices below). Five dolphin excursions (from around 3pm to sunset daily) & three extended snorkel trips to The Stones of Atlantis, The Three Sisters Cave & various coral reefs & wrecks, including complimentary snorkel equipment. Five days of breakfast, lunch & dinner gourmet raw food meals, snacks on the boat, water & herbal teas. There will be yoga on the beach every morning. Kate will teach three hours of raw food instruction every day, and will be sharing her most up-to-date, innovative and fun recipes on the course. We can’t say what they are yet, but be assured that each will take raw cuisine to a level you will rarely experience.

Accommodation:

The ARC is for people happy to share dormitory style accommodations in adult sized comfortable bunks with shared bathrooms. There are two dorms with six beds and two dorms with four beds in each. The centre has the best sunrise views overlooking the bay and is two minutes from the best beach on the island with stunning sunsets.

For those happy to pay more for private 5* accommodations and en-suite facilities, we have an arrangement with our neighbouring resort Bimini Bay in either private studios for 1 or 2 people, or condos with 1 and 2 bedrooms.

Dolphin Trips:

We are lucky to work with an experienced, fun and responsible captain. We head out to the dolphin grounds five days each week. Through years of data collection, our captain has terrific odds of finding the dolphins at the times when they are most playful. While we can never guarantee dolphins, we feel that we can give you the best chances of having the dolphin interaction you are looking for.

The dolphins are totally wild and we take special precautions to make sure that they are not mistreated, fed or hurt. Since they are free to do as they please, they only play with us when they want to. They are incredibly fast and can leave us whenever they like – which makes it all the more special when they stay (and they often do!) The boat has been recently overhauled with a new bathroom and decor. All snorkel equipment is included.

Please be aware that these are provisional prices, and we will do our very best to keep them as quoted, but we may need to adjust them due to the fluctuation in exchange rates. Additionally, if you book a room at Bimini Bay resort, and they put their prices up for next season, our prices will need to reflect that accordingly. For this reason, we are just taking initial deposits of £500 to enable you to reserve your place on the retreat. Additional Costs:

We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance. There is a possibility of hurricanes in that area, and if the trip was cancelled due to a natural disaster, you want to make sure you are covered.

Bimini is just 50 miles off the coast of Miami and Ft Lauderdale, Florida, so you can fly to either as there is a shuttle between the two international airports. Our charter flights leave out of Ft Lauderdale at 9.30am, so we advise guests to stay a night in Ft Lauderdale the night before. We recommend The Bahia Mar Hotel and can arrange group rates if necessary for you. The charter flight is usually in the region of $180 pp, although we need to check at time of booking for fuel surcharges, etc.

Everything else is covered in the ticket price: accommodation, food, and all activities for six days.

Jenny has been swimming with wild dolphins for the past 13 years, and it is her passion to share this blissful experience with others, combined with her role as a health educator in the living foods lifestyle. Her personal story has inspired others on their path to wholeness and her abilities to act as a dolphin magnet underwater have to be seen to be believed!
